Manager-Front of House

This Restaurant Manager position focuses on ensuring a positive guest experience through strong FOH operations, team leadership, and maintaining a high-quality restaurant image. Responsibilities include handling daily reports, ensuring sanitation, team schedule management, and compliance with company policies. The role requires a strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• At least two years of high-volume restaurant supervision experience
• Work 50-55 hours per week
• Stable and progressive work history
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to work days/nights/weekends/holidays as required
• Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
• Food Handler Certification required
