Benefits Analyst owns benefits administration and compliance reporting for a healthcare workforce in a hospital environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of benefits administration or HRIS ownership in a clinical or hospital environment
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, benefits billing, and healthcare compliance frameworks
- HRIS proficiency with experience managing secure workflows and high-volume clinical populations
