Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in HR or Benefits administration
- Solid understanding of benefits principles and practices; familiar with COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA
- Ability to solve moderately varied problems and apply learned techniques to resolve issues independently
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working within an HRIS (e.g., Paylocity, Workday)
- Ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and concisely to employees at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
