EHR Site Lead

Gritter Francona is seeking a Site Lead to lead and manage operational support for a large-scale EHR system deployment throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals. Primary responsibilities include planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, as well as acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Oversee all phases of deployment
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Cultivate relationships
• Develop knowledge of client's practices and policies
• Support preparation of deliverables
• Document patient safety issues
• Coordinate and support triage efforts
• Obtain Public Trust clearance
• Previous project management experience
• Familiarity with clinical workflows
• Previous Oracle EHR exposure
