EHR Site Lead

Gritter Francona seeks an EHR Site Lead to manage operational support for large-scale EHR system deployment in Veterans Affairs hospitals. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and coordination of workstreams, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders, and overseeing deployment phases.

Requirements

• Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams
• Act as primary point of contact for workstream and facilitate collaboration among teams and stakeholders
• Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization
• Communicate with key stakeholders to provide updates and address challenges
• Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations to ensure seamless management of deployment activities
• Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes
• Support preparation of deliverables such as data analysis and documentation
• Document and escalate patient safety issues
• Coordinate and support triage efforts
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Previous project management experience
• Familiarity with clinical workflows preferred
• Previous Oracle EHR exposure HIGHLY PREFERRED
