C-Construction Coordinator

GrizzlyTrek is seeking a Construction Coordinator with owner-side or owner's representative experience to support execution of large industrial capital projects.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive E&I experience, including owner-side or owner's representative roles
• Background progression through Journeyman / Technician, Foreman / Lead, and E&I or Construction Coordination roles
• Experience on large industrial projects ranging from $50MM to multi-billion-dollar scopes
• Strong technical experience with Electrical power distribution, Instrumentation and controls, DCS / SIS systems, Substations, EHT, temporary power, and shutdowns/turnarounds
• Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, commissioning, vendors, and operations
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, schedule integration, and risk/constraint management
• Exposure to Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) or structured workface planning preferred
• Demonstrated safety leadership in high-risk E&I environments
