C-Contracts Manager sought for a full-time contract position at the ENZHEC facility in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will manage construction-phase contracts, including unit rate, Time and Material (T&M), and reimbursable contracts. The role requires deep experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and strong systems capability, particularly within SAP and LEMS-based processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in contract management within large construction or industrial projects
- Demonstrated experience managing Time and Material and unit rate construction contracts during execution phases
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously in fast-paced site environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting construction execution teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced experience administering Time and Material construction contracts, including cost validation and rate analysis
- Strong understanding of construction contract structures, EPC/EPCM models, and third-party service agreements
- Hands-on experience with SAP (advanced user) for commitments, cost tracking, accruals, and reporting
- Proficiency with LEMS processes and governance frameworks
- Cost tracking, forecasting, and budget control for construction-phase contracts
- Invoice validation, reconciliation, and audit support
- Labor, equipment, and indirect rate benchmarking and analysis
- Change order management, documentation, and commercial negotiation
