As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in setting up new stores across the US, travel to different locations weekly to merchandise new stores, and support existing store operators. You will be a brand ambassador in the field and report to the Merchandising Manager.
Requirements
- Demonstrating merchandising best practices to store employees
- Guiding Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Constructing & deconstructing of store fixtures including shelving and racking
- Unpacking pallets with various types of food & products
- Merchandising and organizing product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to managing expenses, booking flights, submitting time sheets, checking email, etc.
- Clear and consistent communication
- Other duties as assigned
