Job Description
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in setting up new stores across the US, travel to different locations weekly to merchandise new stores and support existing store operators, and serve as a brand ambassador in the field. This role offers an exciting opportunity to explore new places and engage with diverse teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrate merchandising best practices to store employees
- Guide Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Construct and deconstruct store fixtures
- Unpack pallets with various types of food & products
- Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Work efficiently and effectively on tight timelines
- Perform administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly and consistently
