Job Description
GROPYUS is seeking an HR Controller to lead personnel expense forecasting and FTE planning processes, establishing a scalable, data-driven foundation for personnel cost planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of personnel expense budgeting and forecasting, ideally with experience in annual planning cycles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS reporting and dashboard creation is a plus.
- Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in either English or German.
