Your Work Environment
In the building project management, the focus is on the key-ready realization of our diverse building projects. On the one hand, the site specialists take care of the timely implementation of the demanding project developments, on the other hand, specialized departments focus on the targeted tendering and awarding of consulting and construction services, the associated clarification of legal issues as well as the regular information and communication with our investors and customers regarding technical issues.
Your Tasks
- Technical controlling, i.e. provision of all relevant technical information on the status of the building projects
- Close coordination with the technical directors of the individual building projects
- Content preparation and leadership of regular Jour-fixe meetings with the various project participants, creation of protocols
- Control of the building-related bank controlling and ensuring the timely flow of information to the banks
- Support of end-investors up to handover, i.e. first point of contact for their inquiries as well as regular status reports
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering
- At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Comprehensive experience in the application of Word and Excel as well as good English skills in writing and speaking
- Independent working, team ability and high performance motivation
- Well-developed communication skills and great negotiation skills
- Flexible and stable personality
