Automation Developer

Role Overview

As an Automation Developer, you will design, develop, and implement automated processes using UIPath and advanced AI capabilities to enhance business operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective and autonomous automated workflows.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath, integrating agentic AI elements to enhance autonomy and intelligence in workflows. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding current processes to identify automation and AI enhancement opportunities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be a United States citizen and must possess a Secret security clearance. UIPath certifications such as UIPath Advanced Developer Certification are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer
• Significant experience using UIPath and familiarity with agentic AI systems
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow, AI capabilities, and system integration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement areas
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
