Job Description
The Technical Team Lead will oversee the technical work of the data center services team, lead initiatives to monitor and diagnose systems and hardware problems, and develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with installing and upgrading hardware and software
- Experience with administration, diagnosis, repair and configuration of servers
- Experience with Epic products and solutions
- Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, and CCA are preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven project leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
