Procurement Manager

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the operational execution and governance of the Group Procurement Policy across group.one. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, transparent, cost-optimal, and efficient procurement through strong ownership of the Request-to-Purchase (RTP) process, structured sourcing, and supplier management support.

What You Will Do

Own and operationalize the Group Procurement Policy, manage the RTP process, coordinate sourcing activities, and oversee supplier performance reviews and contract renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 8 - 10 years of experience in procurement operations
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
• Experience working with value-based governance models, approval thresholds, and audit controls
• Familiarity with international procurement standards and best practices
• Proven experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT, Information Security, and senior stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical skills, negotiation skills, decision making skills
