We are looking for an IT Support & Automation Specialist to join our Central IT & Information Security Team. As a remote, Europe-based role, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to help our users with their daily full remote setup while keeping information secure. Your immediate impact will be to take over ownership of IT support tickets, improve existing automations, and identify manual processes to automate using AI or scripting.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in IT support, automation, or development roles
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and resolving IT support queries
- Strong technical background with exposure to coding/scripting (Python is a plus) and familiarity with cloud environments
- Experience managing user identities, permissions, and app configurations across SaaS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation, empathy, and ability to set/manage expectations
- Self-starter mindset with strong prioritization skills and the drive to reduce manual work through automation
