Job Description
The Assistant/Assistant Building Management is responsible for maintaining administrative files related to building management, serving as a point of contact between tenants, service providers, and maintenance personnel, and supporting all administrative tasks related to building management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Bureaucratic technique, Juridical technique, or DEP in secretariat
- Excellent mastery of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingualism in oral and written French and English
- Excellent priority management
- Teamwork

- Sense of organization, efficiency, curiosity
