Job Description
Assistant to Management who will support one of its managers in their daily work, providing administrative support, coordinating files, communications, and meetings, ensuring confidentiality and smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- DEP in secretariat or equivalent training
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Excellent mastery of the Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
