Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a manager in the transportation industry. The role involves providing close support to the management team by ensuring the coordination of priorities, communications, and daily activities.
Requirements
- DEP in secretariat or equivalent training
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent mastery of the Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Show good judgment and prioritization skills
