Join the Groupe Rocher as a CDI Expert Solutions & Coordination RH H/F/X and help transform HR processes, optimize personnel administration, and pilot performance and compliance. Requirements
- Bac+4/5 in Human Resources, project management or equivalent
- Confirmed experience in Personnel Administration, HR coordination, or transverse HR role
- HR process optimization and performance management (KPI, dashboards, action plans)
- Ability to work with SIRH HR administration tools (e.g., PeopleDoc, GTA, GAP)
- French social legislation and collective agreements
- Social compliance/RGPD and HR data governance
