Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or business development
- Proven ability to generate a qualified pipeline
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience and ownership mindset
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
- HubSpot experience is a plus
