Content Marketing Manager

Growth Signals is hiring a strategic Content Manager to lead and scale our content function as a core driver of growth, credibility and customer engagement. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy that translates complex ideas, data, and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives across the entire customer journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies tied to business outcomes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong editorial bar.
• Experience producing content for B2B audiences, preferably enterprise or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO principles, keyword/topic strategy and content optimization including awareness of how generative search and AI-driven discovery are reshaping content visibility.
• Comfortable working with AI writing and content tools as part of an efficient, high-output content workflow, with a clear point of view on where AI accelerates production and where human editorial judgment is non-negotiable.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
