Job Description
Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience, and we're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own our organic growth strategy and execution. The role involves building the content engine, SEO and AEO/GEO strategy, and measurement framework to make organic our highest-performing growth channel. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech, with demonstrated ownership of organic growth outcomes, and is fluent in AI as a working tool.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech
- Fluency in AI as a working tool
- Strong understanding of AEO/GEO and SEO
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Power-user proficiency with AI tools
- Experience managing editorial calendars and shipping content at a fast, consistent cadence
