Join our growing team as a Billing & Collections Specialist and help us streamline our financial operations. You will be building professional relationships, navigating billing complexities, and ensuring a seamless financial experience for our partners.
Requirements
- Near-native verbal and written English skills
- Proven track record in high-volume outbound/inbound collections calls
- Proficiency with Chargebee (or similar billing software) and HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- A 'firm but fair' approach; the ability to maintain professionalism with unresponsive or difficult clients
- Exceptional record-keeping skills
