Job Description
A Billing and Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the invoicing and payment collection processes within an organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- At least 1 year of billing and collection experience
- Proficiency in using accounting tools like QuickBooks and other CRM tools
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge of billing procedures and must be comfortable with handling customer disputes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Time management, data entry management, and general math skills
