Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribe rate, revenue per send).
- Experience working with Shopify-integrated Klaviyo accounts.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in QA of templates, links, and dynamic content.
- Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
