Health and Safety Specialist

As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will champion health and safety programs across our operations, identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations to protect our people and the environment.

Requirements

• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with local regulations and Grundfos global EHS standards
• Analyze safety data and leading indicators to identify trends and recommend proactive measures that reduce workplace injuries and incidents
• Lead internal EHS audits and support external regulatory audits, ensuring ongoing compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards
• Foster a strong safety culture through engagement initiatives, toolbox talks, and coaching of leaders and frontline employees
