As our new Senior Health and Safety Specialist, you will be leading and managing site Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, driving compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while championing a culture where every employee goes home safely.
Requirements
- Drive measurable improvements in workplace safety and compliance
- Lead site EHS programs ensuring full compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and corporate standards
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely closure of corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs
- Serve as site Emergency Coordinator — develop contingency plans, lead emergency drills, and maintain accurate EHS records and regulatory reports
- Lead the safety committee, harmonize EHS policies across the site, and partner with HR and Corporate EHS on workers' compensation and compliance programs
