Job Description
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve production schedule attainment, KPIs for thruput and shipping on time, in full, and ensuring cost efficiency by reducing waste, decreasing down time, and overseeing appropriate staff scheduling.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 4-6 years of experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to lead difficult conversations
- Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications
- Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
