Job Description
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve production schedule attainment, KPIs for thruput and shipping on time, in full, and ensuring product quality.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to lead difficult conversations
- Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications
- Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
