Job Description
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Quality Food Safety Supervisor to join their team. The role involves leading a team of associates to ensure quality and food safety standards are met, and overseeing operational activities to achieve improved business KPIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Bakery or Food Manufacturing operations management experience
- Bachelor’s degree, in Food Science or related major preferred
- HACCP, PCQI, Food Defense Coordinator and GFSI Certified
- Sanitation Essentials or AIB Sanitation / Food Safety residence course or similar training/certification
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
