- Technical Leadership and Planning: Lead technical audits of high complexity, ensuring comprehensive planning, coordination of resources, and quality of execution in line with defined objectives.
- Risk Assessment and Procedures: Conduct detailed risk analyses, adjusting testing procedures to ensure adequate coverage of identified risks, developing and applying robust audit procedures for complex processes and controls.
- Operational Supervision: Supervise the execution of operational tasks by the team, ensuring strict compliance with scope, internal methodology, and established deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Review work papers and evidence collected by the team, validating consistency, documentary quality, and technical basis of conclusions before issuing reports.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare audit reports, formulating clear, solid, and problem-solving-oriented recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Present preliminary conclusions to audited areas, managing interaction with responsible parties and negotiating acceptance of recommendations and respective action plans.
- Innovation and Methodology: Promote the use of advanced data analysis techniques and disseminate best practices across the team.
