Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Development Technician to join our PEOPLE team at our central office. The role involves designing strategies to attract candidates, implementing talent development initiatives, project management, and analyzing needs to design training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Sociology, or similar
- Disability certificate of 33% or higher
- Master's degree in Human Resources, specialty in Selection / Employee Experience
- Basic knowledge of office automation
- SAP-RH.PD / Success Factors
