Requirements

• Residence in Tijuana
• Advanced Excel
• Completed university education
• Own car, valid license, and availability to move around the city
• At least 2 years of formal experience in B2B or B2C corporate customer service
• Passion for service, desire to help, and find solutions
• High analytical, organizational, and communication capacity with different audiences
