Requirements
- Residence in Querétaro
- Advanced Excel
- Completed university education
- Own car, valid license, and availability to move around the city
- At least 2 years of formal experience in B2B or B2C corporate customer service
- Passion for service, enjoyment of helping, and finding solutions
- High analytical, organizational, and communication capacity with different audiences
