Job Description
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to work remotely and only in the Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Londrinas-Paraná regions, with 2 years of experience in these tasks and proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese languages.
Requirements
- Good written communication skills (chat support) and clear verbal communication for telephone assistance
- Strong logical reasoning to resolve problems and find solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish (will provide support to Latin America in Spanish)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT
