Leasing Consultant

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Leasing Consultant to handle day-to-day leasing and marketing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of solid sales and marketing experience
• 2 years of strong customer service experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
