Job Description
GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Leasing Consultant in Fresno, CA to handle day-to-day leasing and marketing activities, deliver exceptional service, and support the community's goal of maintaining budgeted occupancy.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of solid sales and marketing experience
- 2 years of strong customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office, Email and internet navigation, Social media platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a high-volume workload and multitask effectively
- Follows directions well and can work independently
