GSK is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Manager to join the team in Malaysia. The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the therapy area of oncology. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or specialty sales, account management, or relevant healthcare roles.
Requirements
- Accountability for delivering business objectives for specific accounts
- Develop and execute personalized strategic account plans to drive value and deliver growth
- Develop and execute robust channel business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as digital engagements
- Explore opportunities for customer/patient activation and navigate these with customers and internal stakeholders
- Forecasts the assigned accounts sales
- Develops and execute solutions to address performance gaps for assigned accounts
- Establish and cultivate effective commercial relationships for listing of GSK products, co-ownership of strategic plans
- Manage relationships with decision makers and other stakeholders for each strategic account
- Maintain high level of customer service by identifying and resolving customer queries and problems
- Ensure key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to drive growth
- Continuously identify customer insights to drive performance and business opportunities
- Collaborate cross functionally with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams
