Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing multi-level sales teams or national sales functions
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering commercial results
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and talent development
