Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of capital and operational projects that improve safety, quality, and reliability across a GSK site in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-discipline projects in a highly regulated industry and possess a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years managing multi-discipline projects in a highly regulated industry
- Experience with the site QMS and Regulatory Requirements (Safety and Quality) relative to the defined process.
- Experience in change management methodology and advocate of Lean Sigma principles.
- Experience with historical, current, and anticipated manufacturing plant and equipment.
