Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years managing multi-discipline projects in a highly regulated industry
• Experience with the site QMS and Regulatory Requirements (Safety and Quality) relative to the defined process.
• Experience in change management methodology and advocate of Lean Sigma principles.
• Experience with historical, current, and anticipated manufacturing plant and equipment.
• Master's degree or professional certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Broad knowledge of professional engineering environment, associated disciplines, and commercial awareness.
• Familiarity with automation, utilities or process engineering projects.
• Experience with project tools such as MS Project, Primavera or SAP.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
• Experience developing facility master plans or managing site shutdowns.
