Job Description
ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Field Medical, Southeast to lead a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and drive field medical business performance. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong scientific and business acumen to ensure high-quality scientific engagement with the healthcare community. The Sr. Director will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes and contributing to ViiV's mission to end the HIV and AIDS epidemic.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in medical OR health sciences OR clinical discipline (MD, DO, PharmD, NP, PA)
- 10 plus years of pharmaceutical experience in medical affairs, including 5 plus years of field medical experience.
- Matrix leadership experience
- People Management experience
- Experience managing Key Stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Valid Driver's License
