Job Description
ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Field Medical, Southeast to lead and manage a high-performing team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to drive field medical business performance and advance the company's strategic medical objectives. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong scientific and business acumen, as well as interpersonal skills, to ensure the highest quality scientific engagement with the healthcare community.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in medical or health sciences or clinical discipline
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience in medical affairs, including 5+ years of field medical experience
- Matrix leadership experience
- People management experience
- Experience managing key stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Valid driver's license
