Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive user-centric design initiatives at enterprise scale, with expertise in design systems, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
• Proven expertise in building and managing Design Systems at enterprise scale
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop design principles
• Experience with end-to-end UX process including research, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within cross-functional squads
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
