Senior Product Designer

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
• Design and scale enterprise-level Design Systems, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders within Agile squads
• Create intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms
• Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure adherence to accessibility, usability, and UX best practices
• Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization
• Maintain high-quality design documentation and design handoff processes
