Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation, a Government contractor, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their operations within the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (GCERC). The role involves administrative support, data analysis, report preparation, and assisting with various Federal Agency liaison. This is a contingent position for a full-time role.
Requirements
- 4-year undergraduate degree desirable; minimum of high school or GED equivalent.
- US Citizen
- Minimum two (2) years of general experience; specialized analytical and programmatic experience in business, management, stakeholder communications, and other relevant areas.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with MOUs/IAAs (requiring staff, routing, verifying information).
- Experience with querying/formatting/interpreting reports (from Treasury Administrative Resource Center OBI & G Invoice & HR systems interface).
- Knowledge of GCERC grants system RAAMs.
- Knowledge of Federal Purchase Card process and regulations.
- Knowledge of Federal Travel procedures and CONCUR travel system.
