Job Description
gTANGIBLE is recruiting a full-time Administrative Clerk for the United States Coast Guard Assistant Commandant for Human Resources. The role involves providing analytical support, data entry, and records management within existing systems and databases. The position requires a candidate capable of obtaining a favorable DHS suitability determination.
Requirements
- Provide data entry for HR related data into Direct Access system.
- Perform data entry into Direct Access system for USCG position competency or officer specialty assignments.
- Maintain records, assist in the description of competency requirements, and review competency data.
- Maintain the master list of active and inactive competencies on designated USCG Information Systems.
- Support the Analyst’s Analytical and Competency Management efforts.
