Information Technology Program Manager

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking an Information Technology Program Manager to support the Transportation Security Administration's Information Security Tasks (TSA IT). The role involves ensuring program performance against budget, schedule, and quality, acting as a central point of contact for government agencies, and leveraging program resources to meet IAD priorities. The position is contingent and within a security clearance level of Secret.

Requirements

• Maintain a flexible, responsible and supportive work environment.
• Provide leadership, management, oversight, control, and direction to contractor personnel.
• Establish joint (Contractor and Government) program management procedures.
• Act as the ultimate central point of contact (POC) with the TSA Government Program Manager.
• Leverage appropriate program resources to meet the needs of the IAD.
• Perform trend analysis and root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational, leadership, management and communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in project scheduling (Microsoft Project and Excel).
• Project management certification (PMP).
