Information Technology Program Manager

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking an Information Technology Program Manager (IT PM) to support Transportation Security Administration (TSA) initiatives. This role involves managing project resources, tracking ISSO requests, managing software deployment, and ensuring technical correctness of deliverables. gTC is a Government contractor providing services in national security, professional support, and mission support.

Requirements

• Manage the ongoing tasks within the Security Testing and Secure Infrastructure teams within IAD.
• Track ISSO requests and activities.
• Manage software deployment and coverage expansion projects for IAD enterprise toolsets or other toolsets.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation.
• Manage project resource access requests.
• Ensure technical correctness of deliverables.
• Knowledge and qualifications - at least 10 years of project management experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a contractor supporting or employee of the Federal Government
• At least 3 years of IT related job experience (not project management)
• Strong organizational, leadership, management and communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate.
• Experience managing high visibility projects.
• Strong project scheduling skills using Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Industry standard IT security certifications (CISSP) or Information Technology Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with a project management certification (PMP).
