SEO Team Lead / Assistant Manager - SEO (Remote)

We are hiring an SEO Team Lead / Assistant Manager to scale organic growth across multiple client accounts while building and managing a high-performing SEO team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of SEO experience, with 1–2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing teams and multi-account SEO delivery
• Strong expertise across technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO
• Experience working with AI-driven SEO tools and automation workflows
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Analytical, business-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
